Your session starts before you arrive. Sammi Rae sits in meditation, inviting all angels, guides, and ascended masters here for your healing journey. Sometimes, receiving words or messages for you.
Your session then starts when you arrive. We take a few minutes to talk about what is happening in your life and set your intentions. Sharing any messages or past life clearing we may need to do before getting on the table. (or virtual, lying comfortably or sitting in a chair.) Your session continues with Reiki for balancing your energy centers for healing. During this time, I often receive messages for healing, from current life or past lives associated with what your soul needs to release, recover, heal, and move forward.
I am shown these messages in words, or picture scenes from that life experience…
I ask your soul questions to help in healing; sometimes it is a soul extraction. This is when we let go of a piece of someone else's soul responsibly, you have been carrying, either placed on you or by choice.
There may also be a soul retrieval. Going back and retrieving a piece of your soul lost, left behind, or taken from us.
Many sessions with past life regression experiences are about connecting your soul knowledge you have now with your soul then and rewriting old agreements. Releasing the pain that has been carried forward into this life…
Each of your journeys is yours alone and your experiences will be unique to you and your journey and soul growth.
At the end of your session, we take a few minutes to discuss your experience and what you can do to continue your progress.

Crystal Light Chakra Therapy
Light bed sessions help to balance, clear, & restore the body’s energetic template on Physical, Mental, & Spiritual levels. This can be achieved through the healing energy of colored light, Crystal vibrations, and sound frequency.
Our Crystal Light Bed is imported from Brazil. It contains seven ultra-clear, highly polished Vogel-cut quartz crystals.
The crystals are cut to a specific frequency with vibrational frequencies matching each of the chakra colors, radiating light and energy through them in a pulsing pattern to clear and balance the client’s chakras, promoting balance and healing.
Healthy Structured Water
The vibration of the crystals resonates with the water in the client’s tissues and cells, improving the water’s structure. Structured water has better surface tension and bonding capabilities. Cancer and other unhealthy cells contain unstructured water. Improving the water structure within cells creates healthier cell tissue.
